These terms govern use of asakit. This is a starting template; have counsel review before launch.
The service
asakit provides Apple Search Ads attribution and ROAS reporting. You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials and identifiers you connect, and for your use of Apple Search Ads and RevenueCat under their respective terms.
Plans & billing
The Free plan includes a capped number of attributed installs. Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, asakit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
